Please note that we use user ID (UUID) instead of user name

The account ID. No PII data is stored in our servers.

Where Do We Store Information?
Mirhai Timesheets is only offered as a Cloud add-on for Jira at this time. It is hosted in secure Amazon Cloud (AWS) facilities.
Who Has Access To The Information?
Mirhai Operations and Support engineers have access to our systems hosting the Mirhai Timesheets application. They may access the application data for troubleshooting purposes.
