What Information Do We Store?
We don’t store any personally identifiable information in our systems. Only the following required information is stored in our systems:
Client ID
For license validation, we only use Atlassian provided client data.
User Account ID
Please note that we use account ID. No PII data is stored in our servers.
Issue Information
Worklog Information
This includes time log and scheduling data.
Where Do We Store Information?
Mirhai Timesheets is only offered as a Cloud add-on for Jira at this time. It is hosted in secure Amazon Cloud (AWS) facilities.
Who Has Access To The Information?
Mirhai Operations and Support engineers have access to our systems hosting the Mirhai Timesheets application. They may access the application data for troubleshooting purposes.
